"Milanda is my absolute favorite yoga teacher. Her classes are challenging and empowering. I leave every class knowing that I have done something that made me uncomfortable and that's amazing because that's where growth happens. She challenges me to attempt poses and modifications that I could have never imagined while helping me to maintain proper form and alignment. I have also recently begun following her mindfulness and meditation classes. I am new to meditation and mindfulness, but her classes are practical, easy to follow, and leave me feeling peaceful and confident. I cannot recommend SoulFlower Yoga and Wellness enough. You're missing out if you haven't tried a class."
