Soul Flow is an energetic power yoga flow linking breath to movement. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Expect to sweat, deepen your understanding of yoga, and de-stress. We'll explore standing balancing poses, hip openers, and more.

Dancing Dogs Yoga Greensboro
An invigorating, challenging and flowing form of yoga that will torch calories, tone your body and relax your mind. Based on the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, this class is suitable for all levels- beginners, intermediate and advanced. You will sweat, be challenged, and realize your possibility! Bring water and a towel - the studio is heated to 90 degrees.
AERIAL YOGA

A 45 minute unheated All Levels practice that uses Baptiste-style alignment, foundation and flow to teach all students how to move through familiar yoga poses in/with a hammocks. This class incorporates core work, strength training, and decompression to bring awareness to balance, flexibility and relaxation and may also include basic inversions and teach a few aerial tricks!
